▶ Hot Water500g
▶ Whipping / Cooking Cream500g
▶ Egg Yolk160g
▶ Whole Eggs200g
▶ Fine Sugar200g
▶ 99MIX Coffee Flavour 240g
▶ Dilute Sooperfine powder and mix in cooking cream.
▶ Beat up all eggs and sugar until well combined and set it aside.
▶ Heat up the liquid and pour in the egg mixture.
▶ Bring to boil at 82°C or medium to low heat.
▶ Churn it in an ice cream maker and freeze overnight.
