|▶ Whipping / Cooking Cream||500g|
|▶ Egg Yolk||160g|
|▶ Whole Eggs||200g|
|▶ Fine Sugar||200g|
|▶ 99MIX Coffee Flavour||240g|
|▶ Dilute Sooperfine powder and mix in cooking cream.
|▶ Beat up all eggs and sugar until well combined and set it aside.
|▶ Heat up the liquid and pour in the egg mixture.
|▶ Bring to boil at 82°C or medium to low heat.
|▶ Churn it in an ice cream maker and freeze overnight.|
